Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes there will be no refunds or exchanges on any hair despite if it was tampered with or not. Once you have completed the transaction there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

These bundles are NOT on hand. Upon payment, your wig will take 8-12 business days to arrive to you. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
